DFS090-DA-M Pneumatic Actuator

The DFS090-DA-M pneumatic actuatoris powered by compressed air, converting the linear motion of the piston rack into gear-driven rotation of the output shaft to provide angular travel output. Available in double-acting and single-acting types, it is widely suitable for the switching and regulation of angular travel valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves, and can also be applied in other rotary scenarios. It is an ideal device for achieving automated control in industrial pipelines.

Interface Standards
The interface between the actuator and the valve complies with ISO5211 and DIN3337.
The interface between the actuator and control valves (such as solenoid valves) complies with NAMUR.
The interface between the actuator and signal units (limit switches, positioners) complies with NAMUR.
Travel Range and Open-Close Angle Adjustment
Standard travel: 0°±5° to 90°±5° (Two independent external adjustment bolts allow for a ±5° adjustment range at both 0° and 90° simultaneously.)

The cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy and undergoes hard anodizing, resulting in hard inner and outer surfaces, high strength and hardness, a low friction coefficient, smooth rotation, stable output force, and a long service life.
