German KSB ACTAIR C4 F05+F07 DD11 Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is particularly suitable for regulating working conditions or corrosion-resistant applications. In heavy-duty working conditions in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, paper and pulp, metallurgy and mining, oil and gas, and power, PTFE lining is suitable for mildly corrosive conditions, while rubber lining is suitable for mildly abrasive conditions.

The integrated thin-profile disc and stem design provides minimal flow resistance to the fluid, resulting in a high Cv value, low pressure loss, and excellent regulating performance.
The smoothly polished disc edge ensures overall concentric sealing when the valve is closed, resulting in low torque, extended seat life, and a tight shut-off function.
The elastomeric seat serves three functions. First, it completely isolates the valve body and stem from the pipeline medium. Second, it ensures bubble-tight sealing of the pipeline medium under full rated pressure. Third, it provides active connection flange sealing, eliminating the need for connection flange gaskets.
Heavy-duty design with corrosion-resistant top bushings to support the upper stem, absorb lateral loads from the actuator, and extend valve service life.
Bidirectional sealing with self-adjusting double V-ring stem seals to prevent external contaminants from entering the valve body.
Split body design ensures easy replacement of the seat and disc/stem assembly on-site, and allows direct installation of Keystone actuators without the need for couplings or mounting brackets.
