The InterApp IA300D.F05-F07-F1017 Pneumatic Actuator is piston-type, featuring a long piston stroke suitable for applications requiring high thrust. It can directly drive the valve stem and can also be used in combination with worm gears and other mechanisms.

1. Indicator: Complies with VID/VIE3845 NAMUR standards, facilitating the installation of accessories such as limit switches and positioners.

2. Output Shaft: Made of nickel-plated alloy steel with an integrated forged design, conforming to NAMUR, ISO5211, and DIN3337 standards. Custom specifications are available upon customer request.

3. Cylinder Body: Formed from high-quality extruded aluminum alloy, featuring hard anodized surface treatment and Teflon coating.

4. End Caps: Made of die-cast aluminum alloy with hard anodized surface treatment and metal polyester coating.

5. Piston: Constructed from cast aluminum with hard anodized treatment.

6. Adjusting Bolts: Two independent stroke adjustment bolts allow easy adjustment of the valve opening and closing angle within ±5°.

7. Springs: Made of high-quality spring steel, pre-assembled under pressure. Springs can be easily removed or adjusted in quantity to meet different torque output ranges.

8. Piston Rings: Made of low-friction, long-life composite material, ensuring easy maintenance and replacement.

9. Seals: Nitrile rubber is used under normal temperature conditions. Special seals are available for high or low temperature applications based on customer requirements.

10. Air Supply Interface: Complies with NAMUR standards, allowing direct installation of NAMUR standard solenoid valves. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
