Product Features:
1. This series of hydraulic presses use liquid pressure of 2-20 MPa as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50Hz or three-phase AC220V 60Hz AC power supply.
2. The series uses liquid as the medium to transmit energy, adopting an advanced master-slave cylinder hydraulic circuit, with low oil temperature and idle speed above 150 mm/s, working speed below 30 mm/s.
3. The noise level during standby and when the slide moves up and down does not exceed 75 decibels.
4. It features a four-column three-plate structure, with the vertical accuracy of the moving plate controlled by four precision guide sleeves. The parallel accuracy between any point on the lower working surface and the upper working surface is within 0.1 mm.
5. The press is equipped with a waste blowing device and has a waste discharge chute in the center of the lower worktable.
6. The lower stop position for punching is generally controlled by pressure switches and position sensors.
7. It has an automatic counting function, with both manual and semi-automatic control modes. The manual mode allows the upper die to stop at any point within the stroke range, and it includes an emergency retract button. An infrared hand protection device can also be installed.
8. Pressure, stroke, punching speed, blowing time, and closed height can all be adjusted by the customer for convenient operation.
9. The hydraulic system is built into the base of the oil tank, giving it a neat and stable appearance.
10. The output force range for this series of hydraulic machinery is optional from 15 tf to 200 tf. (1 tf = 1000 kgf = 9.8 kN)
