Features of the XTM-103-C Series C-Type Tabletop Hydraulic Press:

1.   Utilizes a dual-button switch operation method, allowing customers to adjust pressure, stroke, dwell time, and shut height independently. It offers flexible operation and reliable performance.

2.  This series of hydraulic presses uses a hydraulic pressure of 1-14 MPA as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50HZ

or three-phase AC220V 60HZ AC power supply. The total power consumption does not exceed 3.7 KW.

3.   Noise level during standby does not exceed 80 decibels.

4.   Features a robust open-frame structure with integrated welding, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the body while providing convenient operating space.

5.   Offers both manual and semi-automatic control modes, equipped with an emergency return button. An infrared hand protection device can also be added.

6.   The pressing stroke is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, or proximity switch.

7.   The return height of the pressing spindle can be adjusted arbitrarily (within the stroke range) via a timer or proximity switch.

8.   The hydraulic system is housed within the frame, giving it a clean appearance.

9.   Includes an automatic counting function and can be equipped with a force measurement display. Customization is available based on customer requirements.

10.  The output force range for this series of hydraulic presses is optional from 3-20T (1tf = 1000kgf = 9.8KN).

11.  Optional worktable: 600*600*720mm (L*W*H).
