1: Control System:
The numerical control system of this equipment is developed using configuration software, featuring a human-machine dialogue interface built with a touchscreen. This greatly facilitates users in intuitively inputting and calling production parameters, as well as monitoring on-site production process data, including direct monitoring of equipment status. It effectively ensures the reliability, stability, and versatility of the equipment.
2: Equipment Operation Principle:
The equipment controls the servo motor through the numerical control system to drive the servo cylinder for up and down pressing operations. The human-machine interface operation window allows users to set pressing parameters for the product on the touchscreen according to customer requirements, enabling intuitive viewing of product pressing data. It also supports online pressing detection functionality for the pressed products.
3: Equipment Fool-Proof Protection Function;
When setting parameters, the pressure and position must be within the rated range of the machine. Specifically, the downward termination pressure cannot exceed 6.3T, and the downward stroke cannot exceed the selected stroke and pressure of the equipment. If the set parameters exceed the rated pressure or downward stroke of the machine, an alarm will be triggered, and the equipment will automatically lock and cease operation. Parameters must be corrected before the equipment can resume normal operation.

The precision servo press can control pressing speed, position, and pressure. It supports various pressing programs, including constant pressing speed, stop at set position, stop at set force, stop at set pressing displacement, and other working modes, making it easy to complete two-stage or multi-stage pressing requirements. Within the stroke, the machine can stop at any set position, eliminating the need for expensive precision molds to ensure pressing accuracy.
Online pressing quality detection meets the requirements for full-process quality control and data management
After the operation is completed, all operation settings, result data, and pressure-displacement curves can be displayed on the human-machine interface of the precision servo press. This effectively controls the quality of interference fits, meets the requirements for traceable management of operation data, detects and removes defective products, and avoids greater losses. It also helps optimize process parameters and design.
◆ Capable of checking the position when force is contacted to determine the presence and correct orientation of the workpiece.
◆ Capable of detecting pressure and sampling various pressure values within any pressing displacement range to determine whether the set quality control conditions are met.
◆ Capable of detecting pressure and position at the termination point to determine whether the quality control conditions set for the termination position are met.
◆ Equipped with QR code scanning functionality. All product pressing data is matched one-to-one with QR codes (QR codes and pressing data are stored simultaneously) and stored in the database along with the corresponding curve data. Subsequent data export only requires scanning the barcode with a scanner to retrieve the corresponding product pressing data and curves.
