1. The cylinder adopts an advanced tandem cylinder design.

2. Four-column three-plate structure ensures high parallelism accuracy between the moving plate and the working surface. Four precision guide sleeves ensure high vertical precision during pressing.

3. Comprehensive safety design includes two-hand operation, emergency stop button (photoelectric protection device can be added separately), and inch movement buttons for up and down adjustments.

4. The worktable is equipped with a blanking chute and air-blowing device to improve production efficiency.

5. Pressure, stroke, speed, pressure holding time, and closed height can all be adjusted according to requirements, ensuring convenient operation.

6. Casters and leveling feet are installed under the worktable, allowing easy movement and saving effort while improving efficiency.

7. Noise during standby and when the slide moves up and down does not exceed 75 decibels.
