Hydraulic Press Features:

1. Adopts a sturdy open-frame structure with integrated welding, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the body while providing convenient operating space.

2. This series of hydraulic presses uses a liquid pressure of 2-20 MPa as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50Hz or three-phase AC220V 60Hz power supply.

3. Pressure, stroke, pressure holding time, and shut height can all be adjusted independently for convenient operation.

4. Utilizes an advanced master-slave cylinder hydraulic circuit, resulting in low oil temperature. The rapid approach speed is over 150 mm/s, and the working speed is below 30 mm/s.

5. Optional addition of a force sensor and display to accurately show the force applied on the product, achieving the required work.

6. Equipped with an automatic counting function. Can also be fitted with an electronic scale or grating and display to precisely show the cylinder displacement status.

7. Pressing stroke is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, or proximity switch.
8. Offers both manual and semi-automatic control modes, includes an emergency return button, and can be equipped with a safety light curtain for hand protection.
