The pressure repeat accuracy is within 1%, and the position repeat positioning accuracy is within ±0.05mm;

④:Efficiency:The rapid downward pressing speed of this equipment is 180mm/s (adjustable), the working downward pressing speed is 5-20mm/s (adjustable), and the return speed is 160mm/s (adjustable). On average, a pressing cycle can be completed in 3.5S-4S (with a 0.5S pressure holding time);

Safety:An emergency stop button and safety protection grating are installed at the front of the machine. In case of malfunction, the operator can press the emergency button to stop the machine immediately. If the operator's hand enters the machine during operation, the machine stops instantly, ensuring the operator's personal safety.

1. Operation Interface; Displays the current pressing force, real-time displacement, daily production output, current working status of the equipment, current parameter settings, and various fault alarms.

2. Parameter Settings; Pressure holding time, upper and lower limit positions of the slider, working position, equipment output force, grating status, equipment operating speed, pressing force detection settings, idle shutdown time, etc.

3. Auto/Manual Switch Button (On the side of the touch screen installation box: power indicator, power switch, equipment reset, three-color indicator light, alarm buzzer) and other buttons.

4. Capable of storing customized control processes for different products; able to display force-displacement pressing curves. Can store force-displacement detection data generated during the product pressing process; export data directly in EXCEL format; connect to a printer to directly print touch screen data.
