This series of aluminum product trimming machines is used for trimming and shaping burrs of various aluminum and magnesium alloy die-cast products, as well as for trimming plastic products. It is an upgraded product of the TH106 standard model, adopting an advanced master-slave cylinder hydraulic circuit. 1. This series of aluminum product trimming machines uses liquid pressure of 2-20 MPa as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50Hz or three-phase
AC220V 60Hz AC power supply.
2. This series of aluminum product trimming machines uses liquid as the medium to transmit energy, adopting an advanced master-slave cylinder hydraulic circuit. It features low oil temperature, with an idle speed of over 150 mm/s and a working speed below 30 mm/s.
3. The noise level during standby and when the slide moves up and down does not exceed 75 decibels.
4. It adopts a four-column three-plate structure, with the vertical accuracy of the moving plate controlled by four precision guide sleeves. The parallel accuracy between any point on the lower working surface and the upper working surface is within 0.1 mm.
5. The press is equipped with a waste blowing device, and a waste discharge chute is opened in the center of the lower worktable.
6. The lower stopping point of the press is generally controlled by pressure switches and position sensors.
7. The aluminum product trimming machine has an automatic counting function, with manual and semi-automatic control modes. The manual mode allows the upper die to stop at any point within the stroke range. It is equipped with an emergency retraction button and can also be fitted with an infrared hand protection device.
8. The pressure, stroke, trimming speed, blowing time, and closed height of the aluminum product trimming machine can be adjusted by the customer for convenient operation.
9. The hydraulic system is built into the bottom of the oil tank, giving it a neat and stable appearance.
