The MIM hydraulic shaping machine is a professional equipment developed by our company for the shaping processes in the MIM industry (Metal Injection Molding technology) as well as PM and PIM. It adopts hydraulic components and advanced oil circuit design, ensuring stable pressure. It features data tracking, real-time monitoring of various parameters, pressure curves, quality monitoring, data export, and more. It offers two types of equipment options: mechanical and CNC.
Structure of the MIM Hydraulic Shaping Machine
1. The oil cylinder adopts an advanced mother-child cylinder.
2. Four-column, three-plate structure ensures high parallelism accuracy between the moving plate and the working surface. Four precision guide sleeves ensure high vertical accuracy during pressing.
3. Comprehensive safety design includes two-hand operation, emergency stop button (photoelectric protection device can be additionally installed), and inch movement buttons for mold adjustment.
4. The worktable is equipped with a material discharge chute and a blowing device to improve production efficiency.
5. Pressure, stroke, speed, pressure holding time, and closed height can all be adjusted as needed for convenient operation.

This operation interface runs automatically upon startup and is mainly used to display the current equipment operating status and related production data in real time. The large-size, high-color, high-resolution touchscreen displays more content on a single page, making data monitoring more intuitive. Integrated color management and animation management make data monitoring simpler and more worry-free, effectively reducing the error rate and misjudgment of operators during data monitoring and verification.
2. Parameter Settings:
This interface is mainly used for setting production parameters, configuring recipes, and modifying passwords for personnel with different access levels.
Up to 100 parameter recipes can be stored. Recipe names can be a combination of English letters and numbers, truly replacing recipe numbers with model names for simpler operation. A three-level permission management system ensures dedicated personnel manage equipment operations, effectively reducing operational errors. Multiple error-proof designs are incorporated into the program for easier operation.
Applications of the MIM Hydraulic Shaping Machine:
It is used in the MIM industry to correct deformations in metal powder sintered products. The hydraulic shaping machine performs flattening in one go, improving product qualification rates.
