Application Range of XTM-103-C Series Bearing Press Machine: This series of hydraulic presses is suitable for pressing components, correcting parts, and riveting; it is also applicable for forming plastic materials such as blanking, stretching, and stamping of sheet metal, as well as pressing plastic and powder products, among various other uses.

Features of the Bearing Press Machine:

1. Utilizes a dual-button switch operation method; pressure, stroke, holding time, and closed height can all be adjusted by the customer, offering flexible operation and reliable performance.

2. This series of hydraulic presses uses a liquid pressure of 1-14 MPA as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50HZ or three-phase AC220V 60HZ power supply, and a total power consumption not exceeding 3.7 KW.

3. The noise level during standby does not exceed 80 decibels.

4. Features a robust open structure with integrated welding, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the body while providing convenient operating space.

5. Offers both manual and semi-automatic control modes, equipped with an emergency return button, and can also be fitted with an infrared hand protection device.

6. The pressing stroke is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, or proximity switch.

7. The return height of the pressing spindle can be adjusted arbitrarily (within the stroke range) via a timer or proximity switch.

8. The hydraulic system is housed within the frame, giving a clean appearance.

9. Includes an automatic counting function and can be equipped with a force measurement display; customization is available according to customer requirements.

10. The output force range for this series of hydraulic presses is optional from 3-20T (1tf = 1000kgf = 9.8KN).
