Features of Hydraulic Press:

1.   Equipped with a dual-button switch operation mode. Customers can independently adjust pressure, stroke, dwell time, and shut height. The operation is flexible and reliable.

2.  This series of hydraulic presses uses a liquid pressure of 1-14 MPA as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50HZ or three-phase AC220V 60HZ power supply. The total power consumption does not exceed 3.7 KW.

3.   Noise during standby does not exceed 80 decibels.

4.   Adopts a robust open structure with integrated welding, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the body while providing the most convenient operating space.

5.   Offers both manual and semi-automatic control modes, equipped with an emergency return button. Infrared hand protection devices can also be installed.

6.   Pressing strokes are generally controlled by timers, pressure switches, or proximity switches.

7.   The return height of the pressing spindle can be adjusted arbitrarily (within the stroke range) via a timer or proximity switch.

8.   The hydraulic system is housed within the frame, ensuring a neat appearance.

9.   Features an automatic counting function and can be equipped with a force measurement display. Customization is available based on customer requirements.

10.  The output force range for this series of hydraulic presses is 3-20 T optional (1 tf = 1000 kgf = 9.8 KN).
