Single-Column Hydraulic Straightening Press

XTM-107 Series Single-Column Hydraulic Press Application Scope: This series of hydraulic presses is suitable for stamping, forming, shallow drawing, shaping, and pressure assembly of metal or non-metal parts; pressing of motor rotors and stators, assembly of electronic connectors and electrical components, pressing of eyeglasses, mold locking, and hardware parts.

Features of the Hydraulic Press:

1.   Adopts a robust open structure with integrated welding. Ensures sufficient rigidity of the body while providing the most convenient operating space.

2.   This series of hydraulic presses uses liquid pressure of 2-20 MPa as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50Hz or three-phase AC220V 60Hz power supply.

3.   Pressure, stroke, holding time, and closed height can all be adjusted independently for convenient operation.

4.   Utilizes an advanced master-slave cylinder hydraulic circuit, resulting in low oil temperature. The rapid approach speed is over 150 mm/s, and the working speed is below 30 mm/s.

5.   Optional addition of a force sensor and display to accurately show the force applied to the product, achieving the desired work objective.

6.   Equipped with an automatic counting function. Can also add an electronic scale or grating and display to accurately show the displacement of the cylinder.

7.   Pressing stroke is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, or proximity switch.
8.   Available in manual and semi-automatic control modes, with an emergency return button. Can also be equipped with a safety light curtain hand protection device.

9.   This series of hydraulic machinery offers an output force range of 15 tf to 100 tf in various specifications (1 tf = 1000 kgf = 9.8 kN).
