Brief Overview of the Precision CNC Hydraulic Press Machine:
This machine uses an imported touch screen for data input and display, and an original American-made force sensor for pressure signal acquisition. The system can process pressure and displacement signals at a speed of 500 times per second, providing various alarms and curve plotting. Pre-set upper and lower limit curves for displacement and pressure can be compared with current pressing values. By inputting any pressing position, the interference resistance generated at that position during the previous pressing can be obtained.
What is Interference Fit:
An interference fit refers to a fit with interference (including minimum interference equal to zero). In this case, the tolerance zone of the hole is below the tolerance zone of the shaft (simply put, the shaft is larger than the hole, and during assembly, the shaft requires significant external force to be pressed in).

3. Employs a force sensor for direct measurement of pressing force, with an accuracy of ±5 N. The pressure signal control system uses digital signal transmission to ensure the accuracy of the force sensor is not compromised during transmission.

4. Features a robust open structure with integrated welding, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the machine body while providing convenient operating space.
5. Offers manual and semi-automatic control modes. Manual mode allows the pressing upper die to stop at any point within the stroke range, equipped with an emergency return button and infrared hand protection device.
6. The pressing stroke of this series of presses is transmitted to the programmable controller via a rotary encoder, automatically controlled by pre-written programs.
