Equipment Operation Principle:

The equipment uses a CNC hydraulic system to drive the cylinder for up-and-down pressing operations. Through the human-machine interface, pressing parameters for specific products can be set on the configuration touch screen based on customer requirements. Users can intuitively view pressing data and perform online pressing detection. The equipment features multi-stage speed control for rapid descent, pressing, pressure holding, and return, ensuring precise pressure and displacement accuracy during the pressing process.
