GB/T 984 EDRCrMnMo-15
Suitable for hardfacing of hot forging dies and high-strength wear-resistant parts made from cast or forged steel blanks, such as 5CrMnMo, 5CrNiMo, and 5CrNiSiW steel forging dies.
A low-hydrogen sodium-type coated CrMnMo hot forging die hardfacing electrode. The hardfacing layer structure consists of martensite and retained austenite, offering resistance to both metal-to-metal wear and abrasive wear.
Direct current reverse polarity (DC+).

1. Drying requirement: Electrodes must be baked at 300~350°C for 1 hour before use and used immediately after baking.
2. Preheat hardfacing parts to above 250°C and cool slowly after welding.
