Suitable for welding 06Cr23Ni13 (S30908) and dissimilar steels. It can be used for welding similar types of stainless steel structures and composite steels, as well as components made of dissimilar steels in equipment manufacturing for synthetic fibers, petrochemicals, and other industries. It is also applicable for overlay welding of transition layers on the inner walls of nuclear reactors and pressure vessels, as well as for welding internal components of towers. Common application areas include petrochemicals, food and medical industries, shipbuilding, nuclear power, etc.
CO2 gas-shielded stainless steel flux-cored wire, with a soft and stable arc, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. It offers excellent welding process performance, and the deposited metal has good crack resistance.
