A002LT Stainless Steel Welding Electrode

Suitable for welding 304L and 308L austenitic stainless steels operating at ultra-low temperatures of -196°C.
A rutile-coated ultra-low carbon stainless steel electrode with excellent welding process performance. It features a soft arc, good slag removal, minimal spatter, aesthetic bead appearance, and resistance to reddening. The weld metal exhibits good mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance, particularly with excellent impact toughness at -196°C.
AC, DC reverse polarity (AC, DC⁺), with DC reverse polarity recommended.
