Description: R127 is an ultra-low hydrogen sodium-type flux coated heat-resistant steel welding electrode, with a weld microstructure of bainite + ferrite.
Uses DC reverse polarity. Operate with a short arc, suitable for all-position welding. Preheating and interpass temperature for the weldment:
160～200℃, and must undergo 620℃ tempering treatment after welding.
Application: Used for welding WB36 heat-resistant steel.
