Description: H09MnSH is a copper-coated submerged arc welding wire for hydrogen-resistant steel, used with the corresponding flux SJ204SH for submerged arc automatic welding. It provides good weld bead formation, easy slag removal in grooves, low S and P content in deposited metal, and excellent resistance to hydrogen-induced corrosion.
Application: Used for welding hydrogen-induced cracking resistant steel (HIC), such as 16MnR(HIC).
