Working Principle

The AC input is first filtered through EMI to effectively absorb lightning residual voltage and grid spikes, ensuring the safety of the subsequent circuits. The AC is rectified into high-voltage DC, converted into high-frequency AC via a PWM circuit, and then isolated and stepped down by a high-frequency transformer before being output through high-frequency rectification. The module control section is responsible for generating and controlling the PWM signal, ensuring stable output, while also protecting various parts of the module and providing a "four-remote" interface.

Performance Features

• Stable Output Characteristics: Features voltage regulation and current limiting operation, enabling long-term charging of battery packs and load operation at set voltage or current limiting values. Voltage regulation accuracy reaches 0.5%, and current regulation accuracy is also 0.5%.
• Intuitive and Clear Display: Simply press the "V/A" key on the panel to display the current output voltage and current values of the rectifier module.
• Reliable Parallel Operation: Multiple rectifier modules can operate in parallel with automatic current sharing. If one module fails, it automatically exits without affecting the normal operation of other rectifier modules 1.
• Convenient Hot-Swapping: Modules operating in parallel on the rack can be inserted or removed without power interruption, allowing them to be connected to or disconnected from the system without affecting the normal operation of other modules 1.
• Excellent Thermal Design: Forced air cooling design with independent air ducts improves reliability and enhances the working environment.

• DC Output: Nominal DC output voltage 220V, rated output current 10A, voltage adjustment range 180V-270V, output current limiting range 20%-110% of rated current, ripple coefficient 0.1%.
• Insulation Performance: Apply 1000V open-circuit voltage between DC part, AC part, and ground, insulation resistance 10MΩ; apply 2kV AC voltage at 50Hz between AC part, DC part, and chassis for one minute without breakdown.

Application Areas

Primarily used in power systems such as power plants and substations as charging modules for DC screens, providing stable DC output for power operation supplies. It can also be used as a general DC voltage and current stabilizing power source.
