2. About Materials:Our store offers zero-cutting, processing of raw materials, rough materials, finished materials, polished plates, vacuum heat treatment + ultra-deep cryogenic treatment, and nitriding treatment.
3. About Invoices:
Our store can issue ordinary invoices or value-added tax invoices.
4. About Delivery:
For large quantity purchases, we offer door-to-door delivery service. We also support cash on delivery via express or self-pickup from logistics. Negotiable!
5. About Dimensions:
All materials can be processed according to the tolerance requirements of the customer. Polished plates can be processed up to a maximum width of 2.2 meters * length of 6 meters. The tolerance for finished plates can be as strict as ±0.02mm. Please contact customer service for details.
6. About Returns:
If the received goods have quality issues or do not match the order dimensions, please provide photos to customer service first. Returns or exchanges are allowed, but no compensation will be provided. Shipping costs will be borne by the seller. If there are no such issues, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
