Rapid Moisture Analyzer_Halogen Moisture Analyzer_Infrared Moisture Analyzer adopts an international weighing system [electromagnetic balance sensor]. Its characteristics include accurate and reliable weighing, fast and clear display, an automatic detection system, a simple automatic calibration device, and overload protection, among other features. It is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument. The ring-shaped halogen lamp ensures uniform heating of the sample, with simple operation and accurate measurement. While measuring the sample weight, the instrument uses a ring-tube halogen heating method to rapidly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture analyzer continuously measures and instantly displays the moisture loss percentage (%). After the drying process is completed, the final moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, halogen heating can rapidly and uniformly dry samples at high temperatures without easily damaging the sample surface. The test results show good consistency with the national standard oven method, making it a viable alternative, and its detection efficiency is far higher than that of the oven method. With intelligent operation, most samples can be tested within just a few minutes. The instrument is easy to operate and provides accurate test results. The display section uses an LCD screen, making the screen clearer and brighter, with clearly visible readings. It can display moisture value, initial sample value, final value, testing time, initial temperature, final temperature, and other data. It also features connectivity with computers and printers, and outputs printed data compliant with GLP standards.
