HY Type Magnetic Mesh Filter

Introduction to HY-1/2/3 Magnetic Screen Filter:

The HY magnetic filter is composed of high-coercivity strong magnetic materials combined with a barrier screen, offering ten times the adsorption force of ordinary magnetic materials. It can adsorb micron-sized ferromagnetic pollutants under instantaneous fluid impact or high-flow conditions and prevent re-release of captured contaminants under high-speed impact, thereby avoiding jamming or wear of hydraulic components.

Operating Conditions of HY-1/2/3 Magnetic Screen Filter:

The HY magnetic filter device is suitable for return oil systems, performing coarse and magnetic filtration on lubricated and cooled oil. It removes larger impurities and iron particles, providing preliminary filtration before the oil returns to the tank, ensuring a certain level of oil cleanliness. After sedimentation or dehydration, the oil achieves higher physical quality for storage.

Selection Method for HY-1/2/3 Magnetic Screen Filter:

Determine the model and quantity based on the flow rate of the thin oil lubrication station and the viscosity of the lubricating oil. Ensure the total screen area allows 2–3 times the full flow of lubricating oil to pass smoothly. As contaminants accumulate, the screen's permeability decreases. When oil begins to overflow from the upper overflow hole of the return oil chamber, the device should be removed to clean the screen interior and clear adsorbed materials from the magnetic assembly.
