I. Product Description:

CZ2 asphalt emulsifier is a cationic medium-setting light yellow liquid asphalt emulsifier, easy to use, soluble in water, and easy to mix uniformly. It demonstrates excellent emulsification effects for asphalt from Karamay Refinery and is also suitable for use in hard water areas.

Before mass production, it is necessary to conduct an asphalt emulsification test to observe the emulsification effect and storage stability. For those without equipment or unfamiliar with emulsification testing, please refer to the product introduction of the asphalt emulsification testing machine.

III. Usage Method:

Heat the asphalt to 130-150°C for standby. Then add the measured amount of asphalt emulsifier to water preheated to 60-65°C, mix thoroughly, and pump the mixture together with the asphalt into a colloid mill for emulsification. This type of emulsifier does not require pH adjustment and is non-corrosive to equipment.

IV. Application Scope:

The emulsified asphalt produced with CZ2 asphalt emulsifier is mainly suitable for prime coat, tack coat, lower seal coat, and chip seal construction.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light, and keep sealed.
