6. Ideal for conveying lump, granular, and powdered materials, but not suitable for moist or sticky materials.

The elastic link rod conveyor is a near-resonance vibratory machine that utilizes the rotation of an eccentric shaft (also known as a crank) to drive the participating trough into linear reciprocating motion via a drive link and main vibration spring, thereby achieving material conveyance. It is suitable for transporting hot used sand, castings, or small batch workpieces in foundry shakeout sections, and offers greater convenience for the transition of shakeout conveyance in flaskless molding. It can also be applied to the conveyance of various ores and lump materials, with minimal requirements on material particle size or moisture content. Thus, this vibratory conveyor has a wide range of applications and strong adaptability.

Structural Composition of Elastic Link Rod Vibratory Conveyors:

Comprises a trough, frame, isolation springs, main vibration springs, motor, V-belt, pulley, eccentric shaft (crank), drive link, drive rubber spring, and support swing rod.

Working Principle of Elastic Link Rod Vibratory Conveyors:
When the motor drives the eccentric shaft (crank) to rotate via the V-belt pulley, the drive link and rubber spring actuate the trough to perform linear reciprocating motion (linear vibration), thereby propelling the material forward in a directional throwing motion to achieve conveyance.
