Hammer Crusher Product Structure:

The main working component of the hammer crusher (hammer mill) is the rotor equipped with hammers (also called hammer heads). The rotor consists of the main shaft, disc, pin shaft, and hammers.

Hammer Crusher Working Principle:

The hammer crusher (hammer mill) uses a vibrating motor to drive the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Material is fed into the machine from the top feed inlet and is crushed by the impact, shock, shear, and grinding action of the high-speed hammers. Below the rotor, a screen plate is installed; crushed material with particle size smaller than the screen mesh is discharged through the screen plate, while coarser particles larger than the screen mesh are retained on the screen plate to continue being struck and ground by the hammers before being discharged through the screen plate.
