TD type bucket elevator

Product Overview:
The TD type bucket elevator (belt bucket elevator) is suitable for vertically conveying powdered, granular, and small lump materials with low abrasiveness, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc. The TD series bucket elevator features: simple structure, smooth operation, scoop-type loading, centrifugal-gravity discharge, and material temperature not exceeding 60°C. The TD type bucket elevator is equipped with four types of buckets: Q type (shallow bucket), H type (arc-bottom bucket), ZD type (medium-depth bucket), and SD type (deep bucket).

Basic Structure:
The TD type bucket elevator consists of the running part (buckets and traction belt), the upper section with the drive drum, the lower section with the tension drum, the intermediate casing, the drive device, the backstop brake device, etc. It is suitable for upward conveying of loose materials with a bulk density of 1.5 t/m³, including powdered, granular, and small lump materials with non-abrasive or semi-abrasive properties, such as coal, sand, coke breeze, cement, crushed ore, etc.

Main Features: Wide lifting range, good sealing performance, and minimal environmental pollution. It adopts inflow feeding and induced discharge, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
