Product Introduction:

The compound swing screen and suspended compound screen are high-efficiency screening equipment designed and manufactured to meet the demands of large-capacity, high-precision screening. Structural Principle:

1. The motor drives the exciter via a belt to perform circular motion.
2. The exciter drives the screen box to perform reciprocating motion. At the feed end, the motion trajectory of the screen body is a horizontal circular motion.
3. Along the length direction, the motion trajectory gradually changes to elliptical. The regular and frequent motion ensures that the material spreads evenly on the screen surface. When the material reaches the discharge end, the motion trajectory becomes a reciprocating linear motion.
4. The compound screen can achieve automatic classification of materials, making it a new type of screening equipment. Finer particles pass through the screen holes, while larger particles remain on the screen surface and move toward the discharge end.
5. During the motion process, due to the absence of vertical amplitude, the screen mesh is subjected to less force, reducing the risk of damage and preserving the original shape of the material.
6. The equipment is equipped with an automatic screen cleaning device. During the screening process, continuously bouncing elastic balls effectively prevent material clogging the screen holes, ensuring screening efficiency.
7. The specific motion method imposes almost no vertical impact load on the equipment foundation, significantly reducing damage to the foundation and building structures.
8. The fully enclosed structural design includes a dust cover with dust removal ports, which can be connected to on-site dust removal pipelines, facilitating the improvement of the working environment and meeting environmental protection requirements.
