Product Introduction:

The ring hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium-hard materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc., in industries including mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, and highways, for intermediate and fine crushing operations. The ring hammer crusher utilizes high-speed rotating hammers to collide with and break materials. It features a simple structure, high crushing ratio, and high production efficiency, and can perform both dry and wet crushing. The gap between the grate bars can be adjusted according to user requirements to change the discharge particle size, meeting the diverse needs of different users. The main working component is the rotor equipped with hammers (also known as hammerheads). The rotor consists of a main shaft, discs, pin shafts, and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Materials are fed into the machine from the top feed inlet and are crushed by the impact, shock, shear, and grinding action of the high-speed hammers. At the lower part of the rotor, a sieve plate is installed. Particles smaller than the sieve size are discharged through the sieve plate, while larger particles are retained on the sieve plate for further impact and grinding by the hammers before being discharged from the machine.
