Product Information:

The trommel screen, also known as a rotary screen or drum screen, features high screening efficiency and is resistant to screen clogging. It is widely used for screening and grading raw coal, sand, gravel, and other materials in industries such as power generation, mining, metallurgy, construction materials, and chemical engineering. It supports four-stage screening, with two sections in the finished product area. The screen body is equipped with a built-in hopper at the bottom, and a扇形 gate is located under the hopper. The coarse material section has a chute to directly convey coarse materials to transport machinery, facilitating process layout.

Working Principle:

The trommel screen consists of a motor, reducer, drum device, frame, and other components, with the drum device installed at an incline. The motor is connected to the drum mechanism via the reducer, driving the drum to rotate around its axis. When materials enter the drum device, qualified materials (undersize products) are discharged through the screen mesh on the outer circumference of the drum due to the drum's inclination and rotation, while unqualified materials (oversize products) are discharged from the end of the drum. The drum device is sealed with a cover to effectively prevent dust from escaping during operation, eliminating dust pollution. To replace the screen mesh, simply open the cover for easy operation.

Combined with high screening efficiency and short operating time, it ensures a long service life with few wear parts and low maintenance requirements.
