Product Overview:

The circular vibrating screen uses an eccentric shaft as the vibration excitation source. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, which in turn causes the screen to perform a circular motion trajectory—up, forward, down, and backward—ensuring that the materials are evenly and quickly conveyed across the screen surface to complete the screening process. It is suitable for screening sand and gravel in quarries and can also be used for product classification in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power, and chemical engineering. It mainly consists of the screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and damping springs. The vibrator is mounted on the side plate of the screen box and is driven by the motor via a coupling to generate centrifugal inertial force, forcing the screen box to vibrate. For this series of vibrating screens, the screen mesh is the primary wearing part. Depending on the material type and user requirements, high-manganese steel woven mesh, perforated screen plates, or rubber screen plates can be used. The screen plates are available in both single-layer and double-layer configurations, all of which meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life, and non-clogging perforations. This series of vibrating screens is designed for base mounting, and the inclination angle of the screen surface can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring support positions. The motor can be installed on the left or right side of the screen frame.

It offers high vibration intensity, large processing capacity, and high screening efficiency. The circular motion trajectory of this series makes it suitable for screening coal, limestone, crushed stone, gravel, metal or non-metal ores, and other materials.

Selection Guidelines:

1. The circular vibrating screen is available in both open and enclosed structural types. This series includes light-duty and heavy-duty models, suitable for screening materials of different particle sizes. When selecting, please confirm the voltage system and any explosion-proof requirements.

2. The equipment can be installed via base mounting, suspension mounting, or a combination of both. The vibrating screen can be configured for left or right installation: if the motor is located on the left side of the material flow direction, it is left installation; if on the right side, it is right installation.

3. This series of vibrating screens is equipped with either metal or rubber screen plates. The type of screen surface and the size of the screen openings should be specified by the user at the time of order.
