Product Overview:

The roller screen is one of the key pieces of equipment in boiler coal combustion systems and coal preparation systems in coal mines. It can be used in metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, and coal systems. The screening surface of the roller screen consists of multiple parallel-arranged rollers, each fitted with staggered screening discs. The rollers rotate via chain or gear transmission, with the direction of rotation matching the flow direction of the material. To loosen the material layer on the screen for better sieving, the screening discs are designed with eccentric or special shapes. All roller screens are base-mounted and are available in left-hand and right-hand drive configurations. The main components include the motor, reducer, coupling, screening shaft, screening disc, bearing, screen cover, base, and electrical control box. This machine is available in left and right configurations based on installation requirements; please specify when ordering.

Working Principle:

Since the screening shafts are arranged at different working angles, the material moves faster when operating at higher angles and slower when operating at lower angles. When materials moving at these two different speeds meet at a certain point on the screening surface, axial movement begins. This allows the screening surface to distribute the material layer evenly, effectively improving screening efficiency.

2. Each screening shaft of the roller screen is equipped with its own drive unit, ensuring high safety and ease of maintenance.

3. The screening discs of the roller screen are made of manganese steel, providing excellent wear resistance and a long service life.

4. The screening shafts are equipped with overload protection devices. When a shaft jams, the system automatically alarms and cuts off the motor power to achieve self-protection. An electric baffle can be added upon user request to enable bypass operation, enhancing operational flexibility.
