The main function of the dewatering vibrating screen is dewatering, desliming, and demediumization. It can be used for sand washing in sand and gravel plants, coal slime recovery in coal preparation plants, and dry tailings discharge in mineral processing plants. Therefore, it is also called sand dewatering screen, mining dewatering screen, coal slime dewatering screen, tailings dewatering screen, etc.

The dewatering vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, an exciter, a support system, and a motor. It is driven by dual vibration motors or exciters (two ordinary motors rotating in opposite directions for self-synchronization), causing the screen body to perform periodic reciprocating linear motion to achieve the purpose of grading and dewatering.

Product Features of the Dewatering Vibrating Screen:
1. The dewatering vibrating screen and dewatering screen are installed horizontally as a whole, but the screen mesh must be installed at a negative angle to ensure forced dewatering effects;
2. The screen mesh used in the dewatering screen can be made of stainless steel composite mesh, installed in a tensioned manner; or stainless steel welded slotted screen plates can be used, installed in a compressed manner to meet different needs;
3. The vibration frequency of the dewatering screen can be adjusted at any time through a frequency converter to achieve optimal dewatering effects;
4. The dewatering screen uses a self-synchronizing liquid-lubricated vibrator for excitation. The screen frame is made of special noise-reducing materials and connected with high-strength bolts to ensure reliable operation and reduced working noise. The overall working noise is 85dB(A), approximately 15dB lower than similar screens;
5. The feed section of the dewatering screen is equipped with a curved screen surface to improve dewatering efficiency;
6. The dewatering screen is equipped with a feed box to ensure uniform material distribution on the screen surface;
7. The dewatering screen comes with an integrated base frame for easy transportation and installation;
8. The dewatering screen relies on the filter layer on the screen to intercept fine particles and achieve extrusion dewatering.
