Application of Dewatering Press:
The screw press is used for solid-liquid separation of materials containing certain fibers or viscosity, such as grape pomace after fermentation, ginger, spinach, rubber, Chinese herbal medicine, winter jujube, and other fibrous fruits and vegetables for juice extraction. It is also used for continuous juicing of sea buckthorn berries with removed stems or containing a small amount of small branches. The sieve pores are specially designed according to the size of sea buckthorn seeds.

Working Principle and Structure of the Screw Dewatering Press:
The screw press operates through a spiral pressing process: the feeding screw pushes the material entering the hopper toward the pressing screw. As the pitch of the pressing screw decreases and the shaft diameter increases, combined with the resistance from the sieve wall and the conical body, the liquid content (such as juice) is squeezed out. The extracted liquid flows out through the sieve pores and collects in the juice collection hopper.
The pressed residue is discharged from between the end of the sieve cylinder and the conical body. The rear part of the conical body is equipped with a spring. By adjusting the preload force and position of the spring, the discharge resistance and the size of the residue outlet can be modified to control the dryness of the pressed material.
The hopper, sieve cylinder, and screw of this machine are all made of high-quality acid and alkali-resistant 304 stainless steel.
