The XYGK-100C Differential Pressure Transmitter, a diffused silicon differential pressure transmitter, consists of a dual-isolated differential pressure sensor and an integrated amplification circuit, offering advantages such as high stability and excellent dynamic measurement performance. It is equipped with a high-performance microprocessor to correct and compensate for sensor nonlinearity and temperature drift,

enabling precise digital data transmission, on-site device diagnostics, remote bidirectional communication, and other functions. It is suitable for the measurement and control of liquids and gases. This transmitter offers multiple measurement ranges to meet the needs of various users.

It is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, power stations, light industry, food, environmental protection, national defense, and scientific research.

II. Technical Features:

The working principle of the diffused silicon differential pressure transmitter is as follows: process pressure acts on the sensor, which outputs a voltage signal proportional to the pressure. The voltage signal is converted into a 4–20mA standard signal through the amplification circuit. Its power supply protection circuit provides excitation for the sensor, and this sensor employs a precision temperature compensation circuit.

The differential pressure transmitter has two air inlets: a high-pressure inlet marked "H" and a low-pressure inlet marked "L". During installation, leakage is not allowed, as it will reduce measurement accuracy.

The pressure interface generally uses G1/4 internal threads or 1/4NPT external threads. The static pressure overload on both ends is ≤2.8MPa simultaneously, and the pressure on the high-pressure end during overload is ≤3×F.S.

The electrical connection method for the differential pressure transmitter is via a Hartmann connector. The specific wiring method is shown in the figure below:

The differential pressure transmitter outputs a 4–20mA DC signal, with a power supply voltage range of (12–32) VDC and a standard voltage of 24 VDC.

VII. Usage and Maintenance:

1. The differential pressure transmitter is small in size and light in weight, allowing direct installation at the measurement point. Pay attention to checking the sealing of the pressure interface to prevent leakage from affecting measurement accuracy.

2. After connecting the wires as specified, the transmitter can enter the working state. For higher measurement accuracy requirements, the instrument should be powered on for half an hour before entering the working state.

Maintenance:

1: Transmitters in normal use require no maintenance.

2: Transmitter calibration method: When the pressure is zero, adjust the zero point first, then pressurize to full scale and calibrate the full range. Repeat this process until it meets standard requirements.

3: Regular calibration of the instrument should be performed by professionals to avoid human damage.

4: When not in use, the instrument should be stored in a clean environment with a temperature of 10–30°C and humidity of 30%–80%.

1. It is recommended to install a two-way valve when installing the differential pressure transmitter to prevent excessive static pressure on both ends of the transmitter. The connection method is shown in the figure below:

2. The differential pressure transmitter should be used with gases and liquids that do not corrode the 316L stainless steel diaphragm.

3. When wiring, strictly follow the wiring method in the manual to ensure the normal operation of the transmitter.

4. For sites with significant interference or higher requirements, shielded cables can be used.
