I. Product Overview:

The XYGK-68 Digital Pressure Gauge uses imported sensor pressure-sensitive components, employs computer laser trimming for temperature compensation, and features an integrated junction box design. It includes dedicated terminal blocks and digital display for convenient installation, calibration, and maintenance. enabling fluid pressure measurement and adapting to all-weather environments and various corrosive fluids.

V. Electrical Connection:

The electrical interface is located on the back of the housing and uses a pluggable aviation connector for easy wiring. Pins 1 and 2 are the positive and negative DC power supply, respectively.

Twisted pair cables can be used for signal lines. In environments with severe electromagnetic interference, it is recommended to use shielded wires and properly ground them. Signal lines should not be run through metal conduits or placed in the same conduit as other power lines, nor should they pass near high-power equipment.

Since the transmitter is grounded via capacitive coupling, when checking insulation resistance, do not use a megohmmeter with a voltage higher than 100V. Circuit checks should be performed with a voltage not exceeding 45V.

VI. Menu Settings:

"General User Menu"

The access password is "00001," allowing settings for display units, display resolution, and display mode.

Unt: User unit setting, adjustable range (0–18). The menu prompt corresponds to the set units.

There are 19 unit settings in total: "MPa," "KPa," "Pa," "bar," "mbar," "PSI," "mH2O," "mmH2O," "InH2O," "ftH2O," "mHg," "mmHg," "InHg," "Kg/cm2," "atm," "Torr," "m," "cm," "mm."

dot: Display precision setting, adjustable range (0–4). The menu prompt corresponds to the current pressure unit.

Display resolution refers to the number of decimal places shown in measurement mode. Users can set this according to on-site requirements. More decimal places are not necessarily better; display stability should be prioritized. This setting is also limited by the transmitter’s maximum display value during calibration. If the set decimal places cause the maximum display value to exceed the 5-digit range, the decimal places will be adjusted to ensure the maximum value is displayed correctly.

For example: If the pressure gauge calibration range is 0.0000–20.000 MPa, the display precision setting range is (0–3).

If the display precision is set to 4, the maximum display value will exceed the 5-digit display range.

SHO: Display mode setting, adjustable range (0–5).

VII. Precautions:

1. Please wire correctly according to the diagram. If connected in reverse, there will be no signal output due to internal protection measures. The pressure gauge operates upon power connection, but the output signal becomes stable and reliable after a 30-minute warm-up.

2. This pressure gauge is used with media that are non-corrosive to silicon and stainless steel (except for special anti-corrosion types).

3. The maximum pressure in the measured system must not exceed the rated overload value. The back pressure end of the pressure gauge must not be directly connected to conductive or corrosive liquids or gases. The vent hole of the liquid-level sealed cable must not be blocked.

4. Do not insert sharp or hard objects into the pressure output port. The diaphragm of the flush-mounted transmitter must not be touched or impacted by hands or any objects.

5. This product is a precision primary measuring instrument. Do not drop, clamp forcefully, disassemble, or poke the pressure port with sharp metal tools.

6. Install the instrument in a ventilated, dry, non-corrosive, and cool location whenever possible. If the environment is harsh, take appropriate measures to protect the instrument.

7. If output is abnormal, stop and inspect. If the issue is due to product quality, return the instrument with the warranty card and user manual for repair or replacement.

8. Do not disassemble the circuit board or modify other components unless you are a qualified professional.

VIII. Product Warranty:

The instrument is under warranty for one year from the date of shipment, provided the user adheres to the usage and protection rules.
