The XYGK-5000T Piston Pressure Gauge (10-500Mpa) is newly developed, designed, and manufactured by our company in accordance with the latest national verification regulations for "Piston Pressure Gauges" and the requirements of JJG59-2007. The 10-500Mpa piston pressure gauge is a high-precision, highly reproducible, and highly reliable standard pressure measuring instrument based on Pascal's law and hydrostatic equilibrium principles. Piston pressure gauges are often simply referred to as pressure gauges or pressure balances. They are mainly used in metrology laboratories, research laboratories, and production or scientific experiments as reference pressure instruments. They are also directly employed in high-reliability monitoring processes for voting monitoring of other local instruments.
Performance Features
1. Both the piston and piston cylinder are made of high-strength, high-hardness, and low thermal expansion coefficient cemented carbide (tungsten carbide) through meticulous grinding. The small thermal expansion coefficient and minimal deformation ensure a low periodic change rate of the piston's effective area, a wide operating temperature range, and stable performance.
2. Due to the adoption of new materials, new technologies, and new processes, the technical indicators of the new piston pressure gauge have been greatly improved. It is widely used to calibrate digital pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressure sensors, and other pressure instruments.
3. The load center of gravity is low. The weights are directly applied to the piston through the weight frame, ensuring smooth piston operation, minimal pressure fluctuation, and accurate readings.
4. For pressures above 25MPa, the pressure transmission medium uses diisooctyl sebacate with very low viscosity, ensuring extremely high sensitivity of the pressure gauge.
5. All weights used in the pressure gauge are made of non-magnetic stainless steel. (Class 0.05 weights are made of carbon steel.)
6. The piston's working position is monitored by a displacement sensor. The piston's up and down travel is ±1.5mm. The instrument display is sensitive, clear, and accurate.
7. Wide measuring range. At the lower limit of 1MPa, the basic error is ±0.01%, ±0.02%, ±0.05%, and ±0.05%.

Main Technical Parameters
Measurement range and accuracy class are tested under environmental conditions of (20±5)°C, relative humidity ≤80%, atmospheric pressure 86-106KPa, and temperature fluctuation not exceeding 0.5°C. The accuracy grades are shown in the table.

Daily Maintenance and Repair Tips
1. Keep the pressure gauge clean. Do not place the pressure gauge in excessively high temperatures to avoid corrosion.
2. Quick connectors and the O-ring at the lower end of the piston are prone to damage. If leakage is found, replace them.
3. The liquid level in the oil cup should always be above the upper end of the oil cup filter cover. If neglected, air may enter the pre-pressure pump, causing it to fail. In this case, loosen the oil inlet joint of the pre-pressure pump to allow air to escape with the liquid. When the liquid flows out continuously, tighten the joint to restore the pre-pressure pump function. 1. Keep the pressure gauge clean.
