I. Product Overview:

The XYGK-100ZT digital pressure gauge features a fully electronic structure. Its front end employs an oil-filled, isolated diaphragm piezoresistive pressure sensor. The output signal is amplified by a high-precision, low-temperature drift amplifier, then processed by a high-accuracy A/D converter to convert it into a digital signal that can be handled by the microprocessor. After computation, the actual pressure value is displayed on the LED screen.

This intelligent digital pressure gauge is flexible to use, simple to operate, easy to calibrate, and safe and reliable. It is widely used in industries such as hydropower, water supply, petroleum, chemical, machinery, and hydraulics for measuring and displaying the pressure of fluid media.

V. Installation Method:

5.1 Mechanical Connection:

It can be directly installed on hydraulic pipelines via pressure pipe connectors (M20*1.5) (other sizes can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or impact), pressure pipe connectors can be mechanically decoupled using miniature hoses.

Note: For ranges less than 100 kPa, vertical installation is mandatory.

5.2 Electrical Connection:

Output: 4-20 mA wiring

1 (Brown): Power +

2 (Blue): Power -

3 (Black): 4-20 mA +

4 (White): 4-20 mA -

To prevent electromagnetic interference, the following precautions should be taken:

Keep wiring as short as possible.

Use shielded cables.

Avoid proximity to wiring of user devices or electrical and electronic devices that may cause interference.

If installed with a miniature hose, the housing must be separately grounded.

VI. Usage Instructions:

1. The instrument should be stored and used in an environment with a temperature of -20°C to 70°C and relative humidity below 80%.

2. When connecting the instrument to pipelines, ensure the connectors are concentric and properly fitted.

3. For electrical connection, refer to section 5.2. Only after confirming correct operation should the power be turned on for operation.

4. If invalid values appear when there is no pressure, follow the operation method in the attached diagram to clear them.

VII. Product Warranty:

Under conditions of proper use and maintenance, the instrument is warranted for one year from the date of manufacture.
