The XYGK-60T Piston Pressure Gauge is newly developed, designed, and manufactured by our company in accordance with the latest national verification regulations for "Piston Pressure Gauges" and the requirements of JJG59-2007. The piston pressure gauge is a high-precision, highly reproducible, and highly reliable standard pressure measuring instrument based on Pascal's law and the principle of hydrostatic equilibrium. Often simply referred to as a pressure gauge or pressure balance, it is primarily used in metrology laboratories, research laboratories, and production or scientific experiments as a pressure reference instrument. It is also directly employed in high-reliability monitoring scenarios for voting-based monitoring of other local instruments.
Performance Features
1. Both the piston and piston cylinder are made of high-strength, high-hardness, low thermal expansion coefficient tungsten carbide material, meticulously ground. The small thermal expansion coefficient and minimal deformation ensure a low periodic change rate of the piston's effective area, wide operating temperature range, and stable performance.
2. Due to the adoption of new materials, technologies, and processes, the technical specifications of the new piston pressure gauge have been significantly improved. It is widely used to calibrate digital pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressure sensors, and other pressure instruments.
3. The load center of gravity is low, with weights directly applied to the piston via a weight holder, ensuring smooth piston operation, minimal pressure fluctuation, and accurate readings.
4. For pressure transmission above 25MPa, a low-viscosity diisooctyl sebacate is used, ensuring extremely high sensitivity of the pressure gauge.
5. All weights used in the pressure gauge are made of non-magnetic stainless steel. (Class 0.05 weights are made of carbon steel.)
6. The piston's working position is monitored by a displacement sensor, with a piston travel range of ±1.5mm. The display instrument is sensitive, clear, and accurate.
7. Wide measuring range, with basic errors of ±0.01%, ±0.02%, ±0.05%, and ±0.05% at the lower limit of 1MPa.
8. Functions: Calibration transfer for piston pressure gauges, verification of digital pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, etc.

Main Technical Parameters
Measuring range and accuracy class are tested under environmental conditions of (20±5)°C, relative humidity ≤80%, atmospheric pressure 86-106KPa, and temperature fluctuation not exceeding 0.5°C. Accuracy classes are shown in the table.

Daily Maintenance and Repair Tips
1. Keep the pressure gauge clean and avoid placing it in excessively high temperatures to prevent corrosion.
2. Quick connectors and the O-ring at the lower end of the piston are prone to damage. If leakage is detected, replace them promptly.
3. The liquid level in the oil cup should always be above the upper end of the oil cup filter. If neglected, air may enter the pre-pressure pump, causing it to fail. In such cases, loosen the oil inlet joint of the pre-pressure pump to allow air to escape with the liquid. When the liquid flows out continuously, tighten the joint to restore the pre-pressure pump's function. 1.
