The YS-100 Digital Pressure Gauge is a product independently developed by Hongqi Instrument Co., Ltd. This pressure gauge features an all-electronic structure, utilizing an imported 16-bit CPU processor from the United States, providing strong anti-interference capability and extremely fast sampling speed. It employs programming technologies such as floating-point arithmetic, digital filtering, and watchdog technology. The sensor uses an imported silicon piezoresistive chip. This pressure gauge is an intelligent type with high accuracy, fast tracking speed, reliable operation, long service life, and self-protection functions, ensuring user confidence.

• Measurement Range: -0.1~0~100MPa, with decimal point support, customizable range according to customer requirements.

• Accuracy Range: 0.5%, 0.2%, 0.1%.

• Display: Four or five-digit LCD display with kPa or MPa indication.

• Working Medium: Various liquids and gases compatible with stainless steel.

• Ambient Temperature: -20℃~60℃.

• Ambient Humidity: ≤80%.

• Pressure Interface: Standard M20 thread, customizable according to customer requirements.

• Battery Life: Six months (harsh usage conditions may affect battery life).

• The YS-100 Digital Pressure Gauge offers three power supply methods:

A: AC ~220V power supply.

B: DC 24V power supply (1: Red: +)  (2: Blue: -).

C: 3.4V disposable lithium battery.

Usage Precautions

• During use, ****** pressure should not exceed 10% of the ****** range.

• If any abnormality occurs during battery replacement, press the reset (RST) button on the front of the circuit board.

• Users must pay special attention to the polarity of the DC 24V power supply wires; incorrect connection may damage the instrument.

• If the gauge malfunctions, contact our after-sales personnel. Do not disassemble or touch the bottom sensor to avoid damaging the sensor diaphragm.
