Rail Point Depression Measuring Instrument LJ-JXY

The point rail lowering value measuring instrument is used to measure the lowering value of the point rail relative to the stock rail, and the lowering value of the nose rail relative to the wing rail.

It adopts a high-precision displacement sensor for contact measurement. The measuring head can move laterally along the guide rail to meet measurement needs at different lateral positions. Equipped with a high-precision acquisition module, it improves work efficiency and ensures the quality and technical indicators of turnout construction and maintenance.

The product consists of two parts: the main unit and the bracket. A single main unit measures data between the wing rail and the nose rail via the displacement sensor. After connecting the bracket to the main unit and placing the product on the stock rail surface, the displacement sensor on the main unit can also measure data between the stock rail and the point rail. Both sets of measured data are processed and stored through the program. The measurement results can be directly viewed on the main unit, and the data can also be organized into an Excel spreadsheet for viewing on a computer.
