Lithium Electric Tamping Pick

Lithoelectric Tamping Machine: Suitable for tamping operations after large and medium maintenance screening operations on various types of railway lines, as well as for tamping operations of ballast on newly constructed lines and daily maintenance of the track bed.

Structure and Principle: - Structure: Mainly composed of a brushless motor, electronic control device, vibration damping device, transmission shaft, vibration body, and handle, forming an independent and complete handheld tamping machine with a reasonable and compact structure.
- Working Principle: Powered by a lithium battery, driven by a DC brushless motor, the power is transmitted to the vibration part through a reducer, intermediate gears, and other transmission devices, causing the rolling cone inside the rod shell to vibrate, which drives the pick head to perform tamping operations on the track bed ballast.

Performance Characteristics: - Good Portability: Light weight and small size, typically the main unit weighs ≤20kg (excluding battery), with small external dimensions, easy and quick access to and from the track, convenient to carry and operate.

Precautions:

(2) Do not wear accessories that may be entangled by rotating parts; wear gloves, ear protection, and other labor protection equipment.
(3) Always stand in a safe position during operation.
(4) The battery must be disconnected during transport and transfer of the machine.
(5) Do not use damaged, improperly repaired, or assembled machines; do not remove any safety devices from damaged machines.
(6) Do not disassemble or repair the machine yourself except for routine maintenance. If necessary, seek professional repair services or authorized dealers.
(7) After completing tamping operations, disconnect the battery, remove the equipment from the track, and place it off the line.
