LJ-JDQ-I Railway Gauge Scale Calibrator

The Railway Gauge Scale Calibrator (Sine Principle) is a specialized digital display and gauge block calibration tool used for verifying railway gauge scales. In addition to calibrating the gauge and superelevation of the scale, this calibrator can also verify all points across the full range of the gauge scale. I. Features  The Railway Gauge Scale Calibrator consists of a gauge measurement section, a level measurement section, and a superelevation measurement section. The gauge measurement section reproduces the standard 1435mm length using movable and fixed measuring blocks with a gauge rod as the reference, and together with the measuring plate, it reproduces the three standard lengths of 1348mm and 1391mm. A digital display scale, through a transmission mechanism, enables the calibration of the indicated values at various detection points such as 1435mm, 1348mm, and 1391mm, as well as any position across the full range of the gauge scale (see Figure 1), providing intuitive and clear readings. The superelevation section employs an electric lifting mechanism; operating the lift motor switch allows the motor to complete the lifting work. The movable and fixed measuring blocks, measuring plate, and other components of this calibrator are made of high-quality stainless steel and undergo quenching treatment, ensuring durability and an elegant appearance. Most of the standard parts, such as fastening screws, are high-quality stainless steel standard components.
