1. No odor after vulcanization; compared to using BIPB alone, it has less odor and less exudation.
2. Without changing other raw materials and their amounts in the original formulation, it can replace up to 50% of the BIPB dosage. This can reduce BIPB formulation costs by 10%-25%.
3. Using YK-01 activator can reduce the amount of antioxidant (anti-aging agent) in the formulation by one-quarter to one-half.
4. Using YK-01 to replace 50% of the BIPB dosage increases volume resistivity, with a maximum increase of 1600%.
5. Using YK-01 activator ensures that the conventional mechanical properties of wires and cables meet standards, with tear strength increasing by 10%-25%.
