Components of the Air Flow Management System:
Mainly consists of: micro differential pressure detectors, damper/fan status acquisition controllers, motorized dampers, exhaust/supply fans, air flow management host, etc.
Air Flow Management System Products:
Air Flow Management Host: Installed at nursing stations or manned locations, graphically displays pressure differences in negative pressure zones and the open/close status of motorized airtight valves; remotely controls the opening and closing of motorized airtight valves, and provides audible and visual alarms for pressure imbalance and fan failures.
Air Flow Controller: Installed in fan rooms or electrical distribution rooms, controls the opening and closing of dampers and the start/stop sequence of fans.
Airflow/Pressure Detector: Installed at the main fan duct to detect airflow and pressure.
Micro Differential Pressure Detector: Installed at easily observable points on the room entrance side, with an accuracy of ≤1Pa; features manual control functionality to operate motorized airtight valves.
Integrated Controller: Installed at dampers, automatically and continuously adjusts supply/exhaust airflow based on changes in pressure difference or airflow values; receives commands to open/close supply/exhaust dampers and feedback status information.
Motorized Differential Pressure Dynamic Regulating Valve (Airtight Type): Used in conjunction with the integrated controller, installed on the room's exhaust branch duct, dynamically adjusts exhaust airflow according to pressure changes, and shuts off for disinfection.
Motorized Airtight Valve: Used in conjunction with the integrated controller, installed on the room's supply and exhaust branch ducts, shuts off for disinfection.
