1.Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System

The Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System, in accordance with the requirements of Section 18.14 of the GB 51348-2019 "Standard for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings," achieves building monitoring and management functions such as equipment monitoring, power monitoring, lighting control, residual current monitoring, energy consumption metering, building environment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. The system equipment includes the distribution, conversion, protection, control, metering, and safety of electrical energy, as well as the monitoring, metering, control, and protection functions of the controlled equipment, along with human-machine control operations, information and status display, and network communication functions. The system interconnects building equipment control systems via a network to form a comprehensive integrated power supply, monitoring, and control system.

Integration of Strong and Weak Currents

Building equipment control integrates energy efficiency, secondary circuits, and BA control.

Unified Equipment Control

Building equipment adopts one-to-one control, with consistent wiring and programming, facilitating construction, debugging, and operation and maintenance management.

Integration of Communication and Wiring

All building equipment control systems use a single communication bus, unifying cables and communication protocols, making wiring, debugging, and construction easier.

High System Reliability and Stability

Controllers are highly standardized and undergo strict quality assurance. Each controller failure only affects a single building device, ensuring high system reliability.

IC-HMI Function:
IC-HMI uses dedicated software that engineers can program. Different brands of HMI use different software. Engineers can design the actual content seen on the screen, monitor data on the screen, and design "buttons" to achieve operational control.

IC-SPI Function:
(1) Equipped with manual switch operation and open/close status monitoring functions.
(2) Features detection of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, energy consumption, and residual current.
(3) Includes protection functions such as short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence (optional), overcurrent, and lightning protection.
(4) Equipped with an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.
(5) Features temperature detection for each phase cable and environment (temperature rise).
(6) Includes a linked control interface for cooling fans.
(7) Supports fire alarm linkage control signal response.

IC-PO Function:
(1) Equipped with manual switch operation and open/close status monitoring functions.

(2) Features detection of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, and energy consumption.

(3) Supports local/remote open/close functions for all output circuits.

(4) Includes protection functions such as short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence (optional), and overcurrent.

(5) Equipped with an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.

(6) Supports fire alarm linkage control signal response.

IC-POM Function:

(1) Equipped with manual switch operation and open/close status monitoring functions.

(2) Supports multiple drive modes for motors, including direct start, star-delta start, frequency conversion start, frequency conversion start with bypass, dual-speed start, and dual-direction start.

(3) Features local monitoring functions such as motor operation indication, stop indication, fault indication, manual/automatic mode switching, start, and stop.

(4) Includes temperature rise detection for motors such as fans and pumps.

(5) Includes protection functions such as short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence, overcurrent, and motor overtemperature.

(6) Equipped with an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.

(7) Features text-based operation monitoring for frequency converters (optional, available in frequency conversion drive mode).

(8) Includes linked cooling control for fans (optional, available in frequency conversion drive mode).

(9) Supports fire alarm linkage control signal response.
