In case of quality issues, if problems cannot be resolved over the phone as per customer needs, arrive on-site within eight hours after notification; troubleshooting continues until the device operates normally, and maintenance personnel may only leave after user confirmation. Signed maintenance forms are uniformly archived by the company;
