SPR-JK200YAirflow Management Host Unit

Designed for negative pressure isolation ward areas, it monitors and controls air pressure differences, air volume, air velocity, valve status, fan operation, ward disinfection, audible and visual alarms, and fault displays. Through real-time monitoring, it also performs integrated control of equipment operational status.

Working PrincipleThe Airflow Management Host Unit communicates with airflow controllers via a two-wire bus, collecting operational status from fans, manual controllers, micro differential pressure sensors, and electric actuators (exhaust/supply air valves). It provides audible and visual displays, records, and prints alarm or fault information. The host unit offers alarm or fault location details to nursing station or duty room staff, enabling them to monitor system status and promptly address alarms or faults.

Installation LocationThe Airflow Management Host Unit is wall-mounted in the nursing station or duty room. [Note: One unit per nursing station or duty room is sufficient.]

Working PrincipleThe Airflow Controller communicates with the integrated controller. Based on the operating mode set by the manual controller, it sequentially starts/stops exhaust/supply (supply/exhaust) fans and adjusts the frequency converter according to the opening ratio of exhaust/supply air valves to control fan speed.
